Position: General Manager
Requirements:
Soon to be opened Nick Faldo-designed 27 hole golf course development with hotel and real estate flagship facility in both Egypt and the region.
• Mature, well presented, hard working individual who has confidence in his/her own ability as well of the team that he/she will head.
• All-rounder with knowledge of all areas of the business; adapt to life in Egypt with preferred international/regional work experience; able to drive revenues and have front of house hosting skills; able to set up a Membership structure, by maximising revenues in a challenging and competitive market.
• Strong social skills and be a people person to embrace the Gated Community – golfers and non-golfers and Egyptians and ex-pats.
• Have key industry contacts, regionally and internationally, to drive corporate golf and international rounds; work closely with the Egyptian Golf Federation, tour operators, golf clubs, golf operators and hotels in Cairo to drive international golf rounds; have a knowledge of Hotel/F&B operations.

Position: Financial Controller Requirements:
